Mark Tettis

Having over 15 years experience in the property industry, Mark first began his career working full time at Valuation Exchange (ValEx) whilst completing studies in Property Valuation.

Upon completing his studies he then began working as a graduate residential valuer and progressed from Residential Practising Valuer to a Certified Practising Valuer. In this period he was also a directors assistant managing workflow throughout the office. In this role saw Mark gain property knowledge over a range of property types all across metro and regional South Australia.

Mark has held senior management positions with a multi-nation property services firm as a Valuation Area Manager bringing his experience and knowledge to tackle more complex assessment and assist in mentoring the team. Marks knowledge of the South Australian market was invaluable and he had also been required for secondments to Victoria gaining a base knowledge in this market.

Combining his love for property, personal property experiences and passion for people, it was a natural fit for Mark to make the decision to join LJ Hooker Commercial and progress into sales and leasing. Mark has good communication skills coupled with a genuine desire to assist people and get the best outcome for his clients.

Mark also has a sound knowledge of the banking and finance industry as he has completed a finance degree as well as a mortgage broker qualification.
